Terms of Service
Last updated: March 28, 2026
Welcome to Resonance Commons, operated by Collective Plasticity (“we,” “us,” “our”). By accessing or using resonancecommons.com, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.
Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to use Resonance Commons. By using the platform, you represent that you meet this requirement.
How the platform works
Resonance Commons is a collective intelligence platform. You may submit anonymous responses to weekly questions (Broadcasts), receive paired responses from other participants (Encounters), and contribute reflections (Resonates). All submissions are anonymous and cannot be edited or deleted once submitted.
Your content
When you submit a Broadcast, Encounter translation, or Resonate reflection, you grant Collective Plasticity a non-exclusive, royalty-free, perpetual license to use, display, and incorporate that content into aggregate outputs (such as Resonance Reports and the Synapse portrait). Your individual submissions are never attributed to you by name.
Anonymity and privacy
We do not collect names, accounts, or persistent identifiers. Session tokens are used solely for pairing mechanics and are not linked to personal identity. See our Privacy Policy for full details.
Member subscribers who use the personal node feature acknowledge that a session token will create a soft link between their email address and their anonymous position in the Synapse portrait. This does not expose submission content. It allows the system to show where your signal landed without revealing what you said.
Phase 1 disclosure
During Phase 1, some Encounter pairings may use AI-generated signals from our question bank. This is always disclosed at the moment of pairing. Once the platform reaches 500 real broadcasts, all Encounters will be human-only.
Prohibited conduct
You may not use Resonance Commons to submit content that is threatening, harassing, defamatory, or illegal. You may not attempt to de-anonymize other participants, reverse-engineer the platform, or interfere with its operation.
Limitation of liability
Resonance Commons is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. Collective Plasticity shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform.
Changes to these terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance. Material changes will be noted on the site.
